Show 7386 Wolverton- D 5366 I think the man has had sufficient familiarity with the situation down there to be able to answer it. That doesn't imply there is or would be any market for it or what the market was, or anything of that kind; simply the sole question, what is the practical method of moving material from that particular location. I think the witness cuslified to answer that. MR. FARNSWORTH: You may answer, Mr. Wolverton. MR. BLACKMAR: exception. A At the present time I know of no other method of getting the stone out of there excepting by the river. MR. FARNSWORTH: I have a number of photographs. Are we going to run to five- thirty? THE SPECIAL MASTER: I think we better government ahead with this witness a little further. MR. FARNSWORTH: I am going to call attention, your Honor, to a few photographs in an album here. I will ask to be permitted to substitute copies, because Mr. Wolverton prizes them. I will identify them. THE SPECIAL MASTER: I wonder if you don't want to do the same with this other album? MR. FARNSWORTH: No, the owner of that said it would be all right for us to keep it. THE SPECIAL MASTER: No objection, is there, Mr. Blackmar? |
