DUGAN, a witness of lawful age, called by and on behalf of the complainant, having been first duly sworn according to law by the special Master, was examined and testified as follows: DIRECT EXAMINATION BY MR. BLACKMAR: Q Will you state your name to the court, please. A John L. Dugan. Q Mr. Dugan, where do you live at the present time? A At the present time at Moab, Utah. Q What is your occupation? A Superintendent for the Utah Southern Oil Company. Q How long have you been with the Utah Southern Oil Company? A For the past eight years. Q Where are you engaged at work at the present time? A We are doing some work in southeastern Utah still, and in other parts of the country. THE SPECIAL MASTER: Have to talk a little louder, Mr. Dugan; this court room is very difficult to hear in. BY MR. BLACKMAR: Q Have you ever been on the Colorado river in and about Moab? A Yes sir. |
