Show 4911 Cleary- D 2924 Q And your proposed road went off across the country, didn't it? A Yes, followed this canyon. Q That road survey shown on those exhibits is a road that runs through a character of country where it is perfectly practicable to build a road? A Yes sir; at & cost. MR. BLACKMAR: I offer 462 and 463. ( Complainant's Exhibits 464. 464 A and 464 B were thereupon marked by the reporter.) BY MR. BLACKMAR: Q Mr. Cleary, I show you Exhibits No. 464. 464 A, and 464 B, and ask you if you can identify those? A That is a map of a preliminary survey and projected location of a road through Knob canyon from a point on the Thompson- Moab road to the Colorado river. BY MR. FARNSWORTH: Q This is different road from the other? A This is the same road, but it brings out the survey in our standard from for survey shots. THE SPECIAL MASTER: Is it necessary to put this in? MR. BLACKMAR: I think it is, because it gives the location a little more definitely. I think I prefer that it goes in. Exhibits 464, 464A and 464 B are offered in evidence. Did I offer those other two exhibits? |
