A Oh; as I recall, the San Juan river probably would have had a discharge of four thousand feet at the time I saw it -- at the various times; quite wide for the discharge. Q About how many feet wide is it at Bluff? A I would hesitate to state. Q Did your company do some drilling up around Shiprock, New Mexico? A We have a producing field at Shiprock, New Mexico. Q How far is that from the San Juan river? A Ten miles. Q What means of transportation did you use to get your freight in to Shiprock? A Truck. Q How many wells did you drill up there? A We drilled eight. Q From what point did you haul it on the railroad? A Farmington, New Mexico. Q Came in on the railroad to Farmington? A Yes sir. Q While you were on the river did the Riff Climber disappear? A During part of the trip I was down there; I didn't see that; I was at Elk ridge, I think, when they lost the boat; I |
