A Oregon pine. Q I show you Exhibit 469, and ask you what that represents, what is that a picture of? A This is a picture of a part of the frame of the boat. Q While it was under construction? A Yes sir. Q How far is the boat in that picture from the Colorado river? A It was right at the Colorado river. Q Can you tell me approximately where that picture was taken, No. 467? A It is some two or three hundred feet away from where that was taken. Q warm creek? A Right at warm creek, where warm creek empties into the Colorado. |
