A Essentially the same as it is between highway and railroad location; it is two different things, entirely. You are dealing with different problems, different economies. You told me when I first asked you about this that the pipe line survey went parallel with this. A I said it probably would go approximately parallel to it. Q Then didn't you say in substance that the pipe line survey was substantially identical with this? A No, I don't think so. If I did, I didn't intend to.
