BLACKMAR: Q At the time you went into this road question had you any knowledge that the river had been used for the purpose of bringing down casing tools and other supplies for this oil well? A Yes sir. BY THE SPECIAL MASTER: Q Your company had brought them themselves, hadn't they? A Yes, our company had transported material in by the river. BY MR. BLACKMAR: Q After you got on the ground and looked the situation over, did you or did you not form an opinion as to whether or not the river would furnish a means of transportation in the event that oil was discovered in paying quantities in and about Shafer 1? MR. FARSWORTH: I object to it. |
