Show 4860 Taylor- C 2873 A Yes sir. Q On all of those occasions? A I don't know; several times I know. THE SPECIAL MASTER: Have we a picture, and exhibit containing a picture of the Undine? A MR. FARNSWORTH: Yes. Q Now I wish you would state to the court how many passengers, according to your best recollection, were on the Undine on its first arrival at Moab. A I couldn't tell you; there were several men; that is all I remember, a number of men on the boat. I couldn't say whether there was two or three or half a dozen or more. Q Do you remember on the second trip or on any of the later trips anything with reference to the number of passengers that arrived on the boat? A No sir, nothing definite at all. Q The Undine was later wrecked, was it not? A Yes sir. Q And did you go up to see the place where the wreck occurred? A Yes sir. Q That was at what point on the river? A As I remember, it was about possibly two or three miles above Nigger Bill canyon, where that comes into the river. |
