Show trains "fly boys" for space era leadership The Air Force ROTC, while youngest of Utah's military preparatory programs, takes no back seat to its elder brothers. Training the "fly boys" in air history, in leadership abilities, in basic technical knowledge, the program aims at preparing air cadets for space era leadership tasks. Along with her sister ROTC units, the AFROTC also places emphasis on balance through extra-curricular activities. Augmenting the Air Force program is the Arnold Air Society, the professional honorary association for Air Force Cadets. SQUADRON STAFF - Randy Parr, Deputy for Operations; John S.
