Show to permanent employes of the State Government an annual vacation of not to exceed twelve working days. Persons employed for temporary duty will be entitled to no vacation whatsoever, but after continued service of three months, vacation may be allowed on the annual basis set forth above, and after a three months' period of continued service, the vacation allowance will accrue from month to month at the rate of one working day per month. Nb general ruling will be made at this time covering absence on account of sickness and until such ruling is adOpted each individual case will be treated strictly on its merits, according to the facts presented. No cases of employee reporting for work later than 8:50 a. m. have been reported to this department and it seems imperative that steps be taken to control this situation, as well as the proper check on absentees.
