Show was brought to our attention by wholesale paper dealers of this city that the University, through its purchasing agent, had recently bought large amounts of paper from out of the state, and this too, without even allowing our local dealiers a chance to quote. we consider it unjust to the Utah, since they are all tax part of the very funds which If such an action was taken paper dealers and printers of payers and furnish a certain were thus sent from home. It was moved by Regent Stewart that a committee consisting of Regents Ray and Van Cott be appointed Final Report of John R. Park Estate. to examine the final report of Dr. Park's estate. Passed. The following is the executor's final report. "Salt Lake City, Utah,Dec. 51, 1919. "Hon. W. W. Riter, Chairman of the Board of Regents, University of Utah, Salt Lake City,Utah. Dear Sir: "I herewith reSpectfully submit report of my administration as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of John R. Park, deceased, which report includes full and complete copies of all accounts rendered in said estate, which accounts have been filed with the Court, audited by the District Clerk, allowed and approved by the Court, with the exception of the final account, cOpy of which is herewith submitted, and which final account will be heard on the l6th day of January, 1920, in the Probate Division of the Third Judicial District Court, in and for Salt Lake County, Utah. |
