E Insert before last paragraph: The Board may at its pleasure also appoint an assistant secretary with the title, auditor and purchasing agent, who shall be the chief accounting and purchasing officer of the University. Change last paragraph: After "Secretary", in second Hmzflflfigh-= --. line, insert Auditor and Purchasing Agent; after "shall", insecond line, insert each. '1. CHAPTER V, SEC. 5. In third line strike out "Secretary, who as", and in- sert who after Purchasing Agent. the paragraph, Replace the last word of "Secretary", by Purchasing Agent. CHAPTER v, SEC. 4 / Add: When an Auditor and Purchasing Agent has been appointed, he shall certify on each voucher to the correctness of the transaction; the Secretary shall verify the transaction, and the President shall approve it.
