Gentlemen: We, the undersigned, your committee appointed on the 16th day of April to investigate available men outside of the faculty of the University of Utah for the presidency of the University, respectfully report as follows: Your committee met on the 19th day of April and from time to time thereafter, and has sent telegrams to the following named persons, setting forth the fact that the position of president of the University of Utah would become vacant on the let day of July, 1921, and asking adiice as to available men for the position: ‘ Edmund K.
