Abstract	This collection contains bound volumes of minutes of the Board of Regents meetings, including accompanying materials, such as contracts, correspondence, meeting minutes of subordinate committees, and faculty newsletters. The Board of Regents historically served as the governing body of the University of Utah. In 1969 the name was changed to the Institutional Council (the State Board of Higher Education later adopted the name of State Board of Regents). In 1991 the Institutional Council became the current Board of Trustees.

President Widtsoe reported the following registration as of February 14, 1921 -- 2056 students. signations. The following resignations were reported: A. Hamer Reiser, Assistant Registrar; and Mrs. Hazel Dominy, Assistant in Secretary's office. mointments. The following appointments were recommended by the President: Durham Morris, Assistant to the Registrar, 6-1/2 hours a day, $75 per month; Frances Cosgrave, Stenographer in the Registrar's office at $60 per month --both of these appointments to be effective February 1, 1921; Thomas A. C. Bruce, Assistant in the Secretary's office at $1500 per year, effective January 17, 1921. L Moved by Regent Bamberger that the recommendations be approved. Passed. President Widtsoe presented to the Board details in the following communication concerning fees for the Summer Quarter.
