Show mechanics, oxy-acetylene welding, electricity, and civil engineering at a cost not to exceed $15,000, said equipment to remain the property of the Board, to be removed at any time at its Option, and to be used exclusively for the instruction of Federal Board trainees. Second. The party of the first part hereby agrees to . 3 accept for instruction, in addition to the Federal Board trainees; enrolled up to January 1, 1921, a further number of at least 150 trainees, up to and including June 50, 1921, in courses 5 approved by the parties hereto, as may be designated by the party of the second part and furnish instruction to them, under the terms and conditions expressed in the contract dated July 1, 1920, hereinbefore referred to, at a charge per person of not to exceed $22.50 per month and in addition the customary fees applicable to the courses herein provided for as shown on schedule hereto attached and made a part hereof. Third. That for and in consideration of the faithful performance of the stipulations of this contract by'me party of the first part the party of the second part hereby agrees to pay, upon the presentation of properly prepared and approvee' vouchers, the charges set forth herein. Fourth. *t is understood that books, stationery and supplies necessary for the proper instruction of trainees of the party of the second part will be furnished by the party of the first part and that, subject to the limitations prescribed by Instructions 155, made a part hereof, the Federal Board, upon presentation of properly approved and authenticated vouchers, in addition to the charges for tuition above set forth, will pay for such books, stationery and supplies so furnished not to exceed the usual amount charged therefor and paid by other students in the University of Utah. Fifth. Bills will be submitted by the party of the first part on voucher forms to be furnished by the Federal Board for Vocational Education. Charges for instruction will cover a period of time definitely stated by dates and charges for books, stationery and supplies furnished and fees due will be fully itemized. Payment of bills submitted will be made by the Federal Board for Vocational Education periodically at the end of regular school periods, namely, monthly.
