To bring the actual producing expenditures for each pro- duction, viz., royalty, books, rentals of furniture, salaries of two leads, and incidentals, within the following budget: Royalty, $75 10 25 225 12.50 a547.5o Books Rentals, Salaries Incidentals, For these considerations, Glade and Giles, Party of the Second Part agree to the following: To assume active business management of the Varsity Players, which is to be a University function. 2. To pay for light, for heat, electrician, for carpenter, for office girl, for janitor, and all other incidental ghelp which must be hired in producing the plays. 5. To pay the actual producing expenses of royalty, books, rentals of furniture, salaries of two leads, and incidentals, in the following amounts for each production: Royalty, p75 Books Rentals Salaries Incidentals 10 25 225 12.50 $54"?.‘5'"o' Hote: It is agreed that the "leads" provided for will be .paid not only for acting but for assisting in the pro- duction and teaching work, at the discretion of Miss Babcock. Any other eXpenses not already taken care of by agreement with party of the First Part shall be paid by Party of the Second Part. For remuneration, party of the Second Part agrees to take the balance that is left after all liabili- ties are'paid up.
