Show 156. make two gifts of Two Thousand Dollars each to said University; and that the gift of two thousand dollars made on June 5th, 1915, was intended to be made in satisfaction of the provisions of said will; and that the University thereby received the gift which said will purported to convey; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Regents of the University of Utah, for and on behalf of said University, waive, and it does hereby waive all claim of whatsoever nature in and to the legacy of Two Thousand Dollars bequeathed to said University by the terms of the last will and testament of Alfales Young, deceased.
