Show A) school year 1919-1920 was spent by Dr. Bradford in Idaho where he was regularly drawing his University salary. AGREEMENT This agreement made and entered into this day of January 1921, by and between Robert H. Bradford of Salt Lake City, Utah, hereafter called first party, and University of Utah, municipal corporation, hereafter called second party, and Pope Shenon Mining Company, a Utah corporation, hereafter called third party, WITNESSETH; Whereas on, or about the 15th day of May 1920, there was granted to first party by the patent office of the United States, letters Patent for a certain process, formula and invention sometimes known as "Bradford Process for the Vola- tilization of Ores", which letters patent is represented and known in said patent office under patent No. 265052 and Whereas first party, while perfecting said process and invention and in placing the same into actual operation, was in the direct employ of second party as professor in the department of Metallurgy and while first party was so engaged in the perfection of said process and invention, he made free use of the laboratory of secOnd party and the equipment and supplies therein contained and Whereas first party while engaged in the perfection of said process and formula and procuring said patent, was also, during a portion of the time employed by third party in connection with the installation of said process and formula at the mining property of third party located in the State of Idaho; NOW, THEREFORE, in order that the respective rights of all of the parties to this agreement may be definitely known and understood between them, it is hereby agreed as follows:1. First party has subject to the other terms and conditions of this agreement and contemporaneously with the execution and delivery hereof, made, executed and delivered to second party a good and sufficient assignment |
