This first draft I expect to be finished by Tuesday next and will send you a copy, together with pleadings and other matters which I am using as a guide. It is my intention to call you at the time I send this material out and we can arrange a day when I can come out to Utah and meet with you, Dave, and maybe the Trout Unlimited representative either at the end of that week or the beginning of December 3. I have made my recommendations to the Club Board of Directors and included with it a budget of $7000 maximum, broken down as follows: $4000 local counsel fees; $2000 expenses; and $1000 experts--all maximum amounts through trial.
