Q What portion if the year 1928 did you spend on the San Juan river, and where? A The first trip I made on the San Juan, that was 1924; and the second trip was at Clay Hill crossing. MR. Q From what point and how did you move in the Clay Hill crossing? A I came in from Bluff by truck to the camp in John's canyon, then by saddle horse to Clay Hill crossing. |
