MINUTES MEETINGS FEBR. 12 and MAR. 12 APPROVED On motion of Regent Browning, seconded by Regent Gibson, the minutes of the meetings of February 12 and March 12 were approved. On motion of Regent Adam S. Bennion, seconded by Regent Browning, the following report of the Finance Committee was accepted: CERTIFICATE OF FINANCE COMMITTEE Board of Regents University: of Utah Salt Lake City, Utah FINANCE COMMIT TEE Ladies and Gentlemen! RE PORT Your Finance Committee begs leaveto report as follows: APPROVED We have >examined the attached list of vouchers totalling $ 573, 936. 85 ' , as well as the foregoing certificate of the Secretary of the‘Board of Regents appended thereto. The said certificate is in satisfactory form," and we recommend that the disbursements made, as so certified, be approved.
