He has read professional papers at Paris, Oxford, and Geneva, and served as exchange teacher at the University of Puerto Rico. This is Dr. Champlin's second consecutive summer at the University of Utah. He will teach for the period of July 30 to August 31, 1951 at a salary of $15800. Kenneth C. Farrer, Visiting Lecturer in Educational Administration, College of Education. Instruc- tor, Department of Secondary Education, University of Utah, 1948-1950. Kenneth C. Farrer is at present principal of the Central Junior High School in the Granite School District. He is a candidate for the Ed.D. degree at the University of Utah. In 19134.1. he was a Thompson scholar in education at the University of California. He served as a teacher, counsellor, and principal of several Utah secondary schools and as instructor in the Department of Se- condary Education at the University of Utah from 191+8-19S). Merkley is an assistant superintendent of the Salt Lake City Eublic Sohools. He graduated from the University of Utah in 1938 and received the M.D. degree in educational administration in 1939 . He engaged in graduate study at the University of California in NM; and Teflelvefii the Ed-D- degree at Stanford in 1949 . He served as teacher and prinCipal in elementary and secondary schools in Alb erta, Canada, as teacher and primipel of the Wm. M. Stewart School, and from 19h5-19h7 was Assis tent Professor in the College of Education at the University of Utah.
