I could take him over, question by question, and let him refresh his recollection from them. MR. FRARSWORTH: I would like to look over these notes. I would like to ask the witness a question of two, also, about them. BY MR. FARNSWORTH: Q Mr. Nims, I assume that you gave to the government a copy -- that is to say, the original copy of the notes made by you on this trip? A Yes. Q And did they return that copy to you? A They gave me a copy, but not the original. Q Where are the originals? A I don't know. Q Have you ever seen them since you turned them over to the government? A No sir. Q Then you have not compared Exhibit 174 with your original notes? |
