FARNSWORTH: The conclusions to be ignored by the Master. MR. BLACKMAR: I assume he will do that. THE SPECIAL MASTER: I have already made that statement. BY MR. BLACKMAR: Q Mr. Aurand, starting first with that section that has been referred to as the pie- shaped section, between the Colorado and the Green river, are there any road in there south of the D. & R. G. Railroad? A No sir. Q Do you know of any proposed roads? A No sir. Q In that section? A No sir, not at the present time. Q Are you familiar -- I believe you have said you are familiar-- with that country across from Moab. Are there any roads in there leading up to the river? A Which way from Moab? Q Immediately adjacent to the Colorado river, and on the same side of river as Moab. A None leading south; no roads leading south along the river. |
