Show 3362 Nims- D 1387 MR. FARNSWORTH: Let me ask either one of you personally, do you personally know that Exhibit 174 is a true copy of the original notes of Mr. Nims? MR. COLLINS: Let me explain what I had done with it. His original notes, which he has in his pocket, are in wonderful shape -- THE SPECIAL MASTER: The original stenographic notes? MR. COLLINS: The original stenographic notes. THE SPECIAL MASTER: He has them here now? MR. COLLINS: Yes sir. I gave them to the Attorney General's private secretary. I asked him, being a court reporter, if he would see if he could transcribe them. He said he would do his best, and he banded me the copy, and I sent the copy immediately to Mr. Nims and had him go over it to see if there were any corrections to be made, and he has had it for several months, to go over it. MR. FARSWORTH: I would suggest we be permitted to read this before it goes into evidence.
