The indications were that the caving was still going on, and that in the course of caving it was excavating, or un- burying, as it is sometimes termed there, snags and boulders. Q Right at the town of Greenriver did you note any changes in the river channel or the river bed? A I made no inspection of the river bed, as I had no boat there. so far as the changes in the channel are concerned the only map I had was this 1909 survey, which has been discussed before, and the changes that I noted previously. Q How did you get from the town of Moab over to Greenriver? A By automobile. Q And who were with you on that trip? A Mr. Archie D Ryan, above referred to, and the chauffeur.
