Show 3367 Nims- D 1392 A That is the one. MR. BLACKMAR: I offer that part of Exhibit 175 which shows the survey of the Denver- Colorado and the Pacific railroad survey of 1889. There is some historical data on that which I don't care to offer. MR. FARNSWORTH: I assume this historical data is the basic for the map. I think that is much more competent evidence than the map itself. MR. BLACKMAR: Well, I will offer the historical data. I refrained from that so I could make it easy for you. MR. FARNSWORTH: I appreciate your consideration. THE SPECIAL MASTER: This is the only evidence that has been offered except the Powell expedition. I think the map itself is almost historical data. MR. BLACKMAR: I think it is, your Honor. MR. FARNSWORTH: We have no objection to the exhibit going in. MR. FARNSWORTH: Now, with your permission, I am going to withdraw the original, which is Mr. Nims' private property, and substitute a photostat copy. MR. FARSWORTH: That is all right.
