Show MEN'S GLEE CLUB The Men's Glee Club has far surpassed those of other years in its activities and standard of performance. It has always been an important organization on the campus, but this year it has received greater recognition by the people of Salt Lake City and by California than before. During the Christmas holidays the Glee Club, consisting of fifty men, rendered thirty-two performances at the Paramount Theatre in Los Angeles. The Girls' Quartet and seven pianists were an added attraction. The party numbered sixty-six in all under the direction of Professor Thomas Giles and the chaperonage of Mrs. Giles. Their programs were very enthusiastically received. The Glee Club also rendered eighteen performances at the Capitol Theatre in Salt Lake City. It has entertained many of the local organizations and town clubs, and has sung frequently over KSL Radio Station. Professor Thomas Giles is the director of the Club. The officers are: Sherman Burt, President; Arthur Lund, Vice-President; Roland Funk, Secretary; and Dan Weggeland, Manager.
