Nous avons de lui un Traité de Médecine, fous le nom de Truti-naMedica^ Balance Médicale; un cours de Chirurgie, qui a pour titre Truiina Chirur-gico-Phyfîca 3 Balancé Chirurgico-Phyfîque % une Chymie raifonnée, dont les principes, ies opérations, & les remèdes qui eo reful-tent, font pelez dans cette même balance , adTrutinam revocantur ; & Voicy prefente-inent hs Fièvres , que Ton fait pafler>a leur tour, par le même examen. M. Muficano nous avertit d'abord dans fa Préface, que s'il eût fuivi fon inclination ? nous euffions été privez de ce dernier Ouvrage ; ce n'eft qu'aux préfixantes follicitations du Public, qui atten-dôit avec impatience ce Traité, comme une fuite neceflaire dos precedens, qu'il s'eft pu refoudre à l'accorder : car pour lui, chagrin depuis long-temps contre le métier, ennuyé d'écrire inutilement fur un Art, dont les plus kdl découvertes ne vont, félon lui, 'à S -f 4 |
