The present paper contains the descriptions of one hundred species of Phytophagous Coleoptera, including also the characters of three new genera. The materials upon which they are based have been received principally from Mr. Guy Marshall in Mashonaland, the Rev. J. O'Neil in Cape Colony, from Dr. Staudinger and Herr Bang-Haas, and others; all the types are in my collection.
