BLACKMAR: I offer in evidence Exhibits 265 to 402, inclusive, being the photographs produced by the witness of his trip on the San Juan river. MR. FARNSWORTH: No objection. MR. BLACKMAR: I also introduce Exhibits 403, which is a schedule of the locations of the photographs, and a short explanation. MR. FARNSWORTH: I have not read the exhibit through; in so far as the exhibit locates the place, and I assume it is offered for no other purpose, we have no objection. THE SPECIAL MASTER: It won't be received for any other purpose. BY MR. BLACKMAR: Q Mr. Allen, how many months did this expedition spend in there? A I was with expedition from the 26th of June, when we left Greenriver, until the 14th of October, when I left the party. Q Did you have an opportunity to observe the San Juan river both at high water and at low water? A Yes sir. |
