A I crossed Green river in Brown's Park in a small boat; and this year -- Q That is, from one side to the other? A Yes sir. This year, while on an overland expedi-tion in the region below Greenriver, Utah, I had occasion to boat about fifteen miles in Labyrinth canyon. BY THE SPECIAL MASTER: Q You mean this summer? A Yes sir. BY MR. BLACKMAR: Q From what point did you come, Mr. Rust, this summer when you went to the Green river? A We came from Torrey, Utah, with a pack outfit, into Barrier canyon, and went into Greenriver at that point, the mouth of Barrier canyon, which is towards the lower end of Labyrinth. Q Then did you descend the canyon down to the water? |
