BLACKMAR: Q Does this look like it, this picture, showing you photograph 219 in Exhibit 11 D --? MR. FARNSWORTH: Is that looking down or up stream as you look at the picture? Up stream, it says on the legend, from some point down below. BY MR. BLACKMAR: Q Can you identify it, is that the reef to which you referred? A Not with certainty, I can not locate the thing definitely from this picture. Q Just step down here and look at Exhibit 10, at mile 113 above Lees Ferry. Where is the reef to which you refer located? MR. FARNSWORTH: I submit the witness, if he is not familiar with those maps, probably can not tell. |
