Show 4139 McDonald- D 2159 BY MR. BLACKMAR: Q Now, at Caldville did you see any boats? A No, sir,-- I have forgot -- I saw a boat once; that was ' 71, when I was camping there. Q What kind of boat was it? A The boat come through the river with an American flag floating on it, come down through the canyon; it was at the quartz mill at Eldorado canyon; I was standing on the bank there, myself and Smith and others, when the boat come down through the canyon. Couldn't think what it was coming in there until they landed. MR. FARNSWORTH: Any evidence that is offered here from this witness with reference to navigability outside of the state, I assume will go in subject to the objection as to its relevancy?
