DELLENBAUGH, was thereupon recalled to the stand by the defendant, for further cross examination by Mr. Farnsworth, and testified as follows: FURTHER CROSS EXAMINATION BY MR. FARNSWORTH Q Mr. Dellenbaugh, you have kindly looked over a few old photograph that I showed you, and I believe you have made notations on the back of the copies of the photographs? A Yes. Q Indicating where they are located? MR. BLACKMAR: Let me suggest you have those marked. It is kind of difficult for me to keep track of them if you do not have them marked, and let him identify them as to the marks. MR. FARNSWORTH: I am going to do that in what I think is the proper manner, Mr. Blackmar. Q Those photographs are the ones that I hold in my hand, are they not? A Yes. MR. FARNSWORTH: I will state to you, Mr. Blackmar that I have had copies made of the originals, which originals are valued by the person who gave them to me.
