THE SPECIAL MASTER: They are not very bulky, they don't take up very much room in Mr. Collins' trunk, or in Mr. Farnsworth's trunk. MR. FARNSWORTH: We offer them in evidence with that understanding. MR. BLACKMAR: That is all right. MR. FARNSWORTH: That the lead pencil matter on the back will be deemed as the testimony of Mr. Dellenbaugh concerning the location of the pictures? MR. DELLENBAUGH: Yes. I have duplicates of those, if you want them, when I get back. MR. BLACKMAR: Mr. Farnsworth, in taking the copies your photographer has not included the printing upon these photographs, which is as follows: " U. S. Photographic and geological Survey of the Colorado river of the rest by J. W. Powell and A. R. Thompson." MR. FARNSWORTH: Is that on each one of them? MR.
