Atlantic and Indian Oceans. G. 14. EURYPHORUS Nordm. Carapace small, rounded. Frontal plates distinct. Fourth thoracic segment with two small dorsal plates. Genital segment large, oval, with two minute posterior lobes. Abdomen biarticulate, very elongated, spreading widely outwards and backwards as lamellar appendages. Caudal plates small. First pair of thoracic limbs biramose, biarticulate; second and third biramose, triarticulate; fourth biramose, the outer with three, the inner with two joints.
