Her father was killed in WW II in 1944. mother was a teacher at Weber state College. and Her She was educated in Ogden and graduated from Ogden High School, received her Associate of Arts from Weber State, her B.A. from BYU and her MSW from U of U. Her major was Sociology, Minor in English. Rep. Larson has been a delegate for the Democratic Party county and conventions; Northern Utah office coordinator for Senator Frank Moss; special volunteer for Gunn McKay; political volunteer for Mayor Steve Dirks, Kern Gardner, Don Holbrook, Scott Matheson, and Calvin Rampton. state She is the former vice chair of the Weber County Democratic Party; twice and has for the Jefferson Jackson Day Dinner, "Woman Democrat of the Year"for Weber County. co-chair received She was a local and council PTA President, consultant for emergency services for PTA and helped to develop the 72 hour emergency kit. professional organizations are: Member, Ogden Business and of Coalition McDowell Professional Enssemble; Woman; member, Resources for Weber County; member, Columbus Community Center.
