Show DELORA EDITH Elected WILKINS 1919 to BLAKELY 1921 Delora Wilkins, born at Mt. Pleasant, Iowa to James Shields and ·Emmeline Miller\Wilkins on June 19, 1864, was a descendant of four lines of ancestors who fought in the Revolutionary War.
