Show P<UflT~ CUCK. OONATt AttJES~ME. Support the Art You Love This Friday, March 22 Love Utah Give Utah is the first ever state-wide, 24-hour giving marathon. This unpreceder takes place tomorrow and the UMFA is asking for your participation to help us generate ma for a State of Utah grant. Each year, the UMFA receives a generous grant from the Utah State Office of Education in Art in a Box, the Museum's statewide art education program for schools. Art in a Box takes educators out of the Museum and into classrooms all across Utah with art supplies and Jesse teachers and students. Last year, Art in a Box served nearly 20,000 students, demonstrating for this program at a time when many districts are cutting art education. Because Art in a Box is a public-private partnership, the UMFA must match the funds giver Office of Education with private donations.
