Show WOMEN'S SKI Becomes independent goes inter-collegiate After eighteen years under the Physical Education department of the University, the Women's ski team last year became independent and is now recognized as an inter-collegiate sport of the "U". February 28th the girls took first over BYU in a dual meet held at Alta. Ma'rch 6th and 7th they traveled to Colorado for an inter-collegiate meet at Lake Eldora and placed second out of a line-up of nine schools, which included Western State University, the University of Colorado, Temple Buelle College, Colorado State, New Mexico, BYU, Colorado College and Loretta Heights College. Looking forward to a bright season next year the team will move from Alta to Park City West.
