Show Undergraduate Student Exit Survey (under development) Department of Sociology I'm calling from the Sociology Department at the University of Utah. My name is . We are conducting research that will help us to better understand how satisfied our graduates are with their undergraduate experience. We are doing this by conducting a short interview with all graduating seniors. We will use the information from this research to try to improve what we do in our classrooms as well what we do outside of the classroom for our majors. We would like your responses to a few questions asking how you feel about your experience in the department. We will also ask you some background questions so that we can better understand how different groups of students may have experienced things differently as sociology majors. This should help us to make our programs more responsive to the different kinds of students we have as majors. There are 27 questions I would like to ask you, and this should only take about 10-12 minutes. You should feel comfortable answering the questions candidly. The responses you give will be confidential. After the interview, no one will be able to link your particular responses to your name. Will you help us by agreeing to participate?
