Show Questionnaire University of Utah - Teacher Licensure Program Evaluation Questionnaire Administrators As a basis for improving our licensure programs, the Department of Teaching and Learning is concerned with gauging the quality of teacher preparation at the University of Utah. The following questions align with INTASC standards and reflect coordinated efforts between the University of Utah and the Utah State Office of Education. Your feedback is essential. Please note: When responding each of the following items, please refer to employees who graduate from the University of Utah within the past five years. A.
