Differs in form from Mycalesis, having a greater length of fore wing, less convexity of the costa, the apex being more produced and the exterior margin more oblique ; the hind wing is somewhat acutely angled at the apex, and the exterior margin produced before the anal end, thus giving this wing a quadrate appearance.
