N.W. 20036 Dear Mr. Houck: Can you please have the National Wildlife Federation comment on the issue of the Corps of Engineers granting of a 404 Permit for Dredge and Fill on the South Fork Duchesne River, Utah? I believe there is enough information spelled out in the material of the Sierra Club for you to comment. Brent Blackwelder has additional material on this river in the American Fisheries Report I sent him, if this is needed. Both CRCUP and the Sierra Club believe this is a key issue in our efforts to stop the CUP. I have to review additional material I have just been sent from the State Div.
