Show Baldwin- C 1201 MR. FARNSWOTH: I don't object to that. I want this, if we don't get that. THE SPECIAL MASTER: I see no objection to putting this in. The books would be more satisfactory. MR. FARNSWORTH: We will take these figures if we can not get the others. I have no objection to having the others. THER SPECIAL MASTER: Mr. Farnsworth, may it be stipulated that figures verified by counsel may be introduced in evidence without the necessity of calling Mr. Clark back as a witness? MR. FARNSWOTH: I think so; I think we can get together on it. MR. BLACKMAR: Yes, whatever the books show. THE SPECIAL MASTER: Does not seem worth while to have Mr. Clark come back for that purpose. MR. FARNSWORTH: Mr. Clark estimated here on the stand the amount of revenue he derived from that freight. It appeared in his testimony part of it was at one rate and part was another. We couldn't figure it out, from what he testified, what the tonnage was. THE SPECIAL MASTER: He didn't testify to the tonnage, but you can get a fair estimate of the tonnage by his testimony as to receipts. 3173 |
