Show P. Galloway- D 1125 A Yes. Q In your opinion is it possible to take a boat from Greenriver, Utah, up the Green river to the Utah- Colorado line? MR. FARNSWORTH: You are not going to spend much time on that section, are you? MR. BLACKMAR: Not very much, no. THE SPECIAL MASTER: This all goes in subject to the same condition as the other testimony. The other witness answered that question. MR. FARNSWWORTH: I take it you mean without taking the boat out. Do you mean that? Of course, that question might be a little misleading, might take up time. I take it the witness does not mean to say a boat can not go for any distance on that river. Anyway, none of the witnesses have so testified so far. MR. BLACKMAR: Maybe I can get at it this way. Q How far can you take a boat up that section of the Green river? A From where, did you say? Q Greenriver, Utah, north. A You could possibly get up to the dam where the canal is taken out at Greenriver, Utah. Q How far is that above the town of Greenriver? A Seven or eight miles. BY THE SPECIAL MASTER: Q What? 3097 |
