A Well, danger upsetting little boats, if you don't look out. I don't know as they have, ever, but they shipped water at times. Q What months of the year do you usually run on to those? A During may and June once in a while a few sand waves, during high water; other times during cloudbursts, something like that, where the wash will come into the river with great force, carrying sand ahead of it. I have seen these sand waves last for probably a day, and next day come along, and they wouldn't be there; the water would still be shallow, but the sand seemed to flatten out on the bottom of the river then, and wouldn't 3156 |
