Show Prommel- D 1020 MR. FARNSWORTH: Go ahead and put it in. ( Complainant's Exhibit 126 was thereupon marked by the reported.) BY MR. BLACKMAR: I show you photograph marked 126, Exhibit No. 126, and ask you where that is located? That is located two and a half miles below the junction of the Colorado and the Green river, at what is known as Spanish Bottom. It was taken from the Spanish Bottom side, or the west side of the river, looking towards the est side of the river. MR. BLACKMRAR: That is offered in evidence. I think that is all, Mr. Farnsworth. CROSS EXAMINATION BY MR. FARNSWORTH: Just one question. Of course, Mr. Prommel, there would be no point if a person were taking supplies in to those wells located off the San Juan that you described, of loading supplies or equipment on to trucks, taking it down to the San Juan, loading it on to boats, taking it down the San Juan a little stretch, and then taking it off the boat and putting it on the trucks and hauling it to the site of the well, would there, no matter how much flow or water 2992 |
