BLACKMAR: THE SPECIAL MASTER: Mr. Blackmar, the newspaper yesterday had the spelling of this witness differently from what I caught it the other day. THE WITNESS: The last name, your Honor? BLACKMAR: Q Mr. Prommel, I show your a map which we have marked 122, which appears to be a map of the land west of the Green river, principally, isn't it? A Yes sir. West of the Green river and west of Cataract canyon, the beginning of Cataract canyon. Q On that map just what do these blue chalk lines represent? A The blue purplish lines represent trips I made on horseback during May, 1936, doing recognizance work west of the Green river, to the Green river and to Cataract canyon. Q The red markings represent what? A The red markings -- you mean this line? Q I mean the red chalk marks or crayon marks. 2981 |
